Laser Engraving
Initial setup charge of $70.00(R). Engraving reorder setup is $25.00(V). Engraving prices include one position engraving at engraving size indicated. Call for additional location prices.
Embroidery
Prices include a one position embroidery up to 7,500 stitches. Additional stitches 50¢ (V) per 1,000. Digitizing fee $80.00(V) for up to 10,000 stitches. For digitizing of 10,000 stitches or more, call for quote. Additional locations are $3.00(V) and includes up to 7,500 stitches.
Labels
Label pricing includes a Full Color, Water & Scratch Resistant, High-Gloss Label (White Stock). Initial label setup is $40.00(R).
Packaging
Most items include color gift packaging. Plain white box packaging may be available upon request.
Rush Orders
No additional charge. Call factory for availability.
Less Than Minimum
$28.00(V).
Non-imprinted Products
Use end quantity column pricing.
Combined Quantity Pricing
Available.
Samples
No charge under $10.00 when billed to your UPS or FedEx account. Blank or random samples are billed at end quantity pricing plus freight. Samples are not returnable.
Drop Shipments
Multiple locations: $6.00(R) per location.
Order Acknowledgment
Faxed confi rmation and paper proof on every order at no charge.
Pre-Production Samples
Cost of item plus applicable setup charge.
Pre-Production Proofs
Upon approval of the pre-production sample, we require a signed authorization to proceed with order. If art is changed normal setup fees will be charged. If the same artwork is approved reorder setup will be charged.
Paper Proofs
There is no charge for the fi rst two paper proofs on new orders. Additional paper proofs are $5.00(R).
Overruns
We dislike overruns as much as you do. However, to prevent under runs please allow for 1-2 % overrun. Overruns will be billed.

Subject to all costs incurred.
Terms
Net 30 days to approved accounts. Orders go into production upon credit approval. Trademarks and Logos Customers assume full responsibility in determining legal rights of the trademarks and logos used in their orders. All artwork, trademarks, and logos shown here are not intended to represent that the products are endorsed or produced for their respective owners, but for
demonstration purposes only.
Artwork
We can utilize both electronic artwork and cameraready artwork. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable artwork (fax, photocopy, Word fi les or internet images are NOT accepted). We can accept electronic artwork via e-mail or mailed CD-ROMs.
All electronic fi les need to be formatted as vector (eps, pdf or ai) fi les or multiple layered Adobe Photoshop TIFF/PSD fi les. Vector fi les should always be saved in VECTOR format with all type converted to paths/outlines. We support fi les up to Adobe Illustrator CS3. We do NOT support CorelDraw, therefore all CorelDraw fi les should be exported as AI 10 fi les.
For multiple color imprints vector images must be provided for proper color separations.

Artwork Modifi cations
If artwork needs to be touched up; reconstructed; or manipulated in any way, art charges will be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order. There is a minimum charge of $25.00(V) for graphic services.
